The Kitchen-- a place where memories and traditions live.  A place to travel, taste and explore the world while never leaving the comfort of your home.

1: a place (such as a room) with cooking facilities.

2: the personnel that prepares, cooks, and serves food.

Together, we will visit local restaurants and get to know our community. 

I'd like to think I was raised in numerous kitchens, ranging from Stinson Beach, California to the mid-west in Norman, Oklahoma. Each kitchen has been filled with lessons, recipes, family trials and more. I am thankful for the memories and like to use food to explore my connection to people and new places. 

 As a home cook and hydroponic gardener, when I am not co-running our janitorial company in Northern California-- you can find me in the kitchen. I am constantly on the hunt for new recipes and family friendly dishes that are healthy and easy to create!
